在数字经济时代,企业进行数智化转型是发展趋势,而港口作为重要的国有企业,其如何进行数智化转型是当前的重要议题。本研究以日照港为例,研究在“战略驱动—技术驱动—生态驱动”的三重驱动下大型国有港口企业的数智化转型路径,通过纵向单案例研究方法,深入剖析了其从战略重组、多元赋能到数智迭代三个阶段的转型全过程。研究发现,日照港通过顶层设计与资源整合,构建“港口+高校+科技企业”的协同创新体系,成功实现了从传统装卸业务向供应链集成服务的转型。在战略重组阶段,通过港口集团的战略驱动,完成战略资源的解构与重组,实现数智化战略的制定。在多元赋能阶段,借助产学研港创新联盟的技术资源提升与精研,构建数智平台。在数智迭代阶段,通过科技企业的赋能,完成生态资源的赋能与迭代,形成数智港口生态体系。最后,本研究提出“战略—技术—生态”的驱动逻辑与演化模型,为国有港口企业数智化转型提供理论支撑和实践指导。
Abstract:In the digital economy era, promoting digital-intelligent transformation has become an inevitable trend for enterprises. As major state-owned entities, ports play a crucial role in this transformation process. Taking Rizhao Port as a case study, this research explores the transformation paths of large state-owned port enterprises under a triple-driving mechanism comprising strategic, technological, and ecological drivers. Through an in-depth longitudinal single-case study, the paper analyzes the entire transformation process across three stages: strategic restructuring, multi-dimensional empowerment, and digital-intelligent iteration. The findings reveal that Rizhao Port has successfully transitioned from traditional loading and unloading operations to integrated supply chain services through top-level design and resource integration, forming a collaborative innovation system of “port-university-technology enterprises.” During the strategic restructuring stage, strategic resources were reconfigured to formulate a digital-intelligent strategy; in the empowerment stage, technological upgrading through the industry-university-research-port alliance enhanced platform capabilities; and in the iteration stage, technological enterprises facilitated ecological empowerment and renewal, shaping a digital-intelligent port ecosystem. This study proposes a strategy-technology-ecology driving logic and evolution model, offering theoretical and practical insights for the digital-intelligent transformation of state-owned port enterprises.
