摘要(Abstract)：

海洋空间规划是海洋空间合理利用和生态保护的有效工具,海洋空间规划体系是国土空间规划体系的重要组成部分。文章对国内外海洋空间规划的理论研究进展和实践动态进行概述,并在此基础上剖析了我国的海洋空间规划体系存在的问题和不足,并对未来海洋空间规划体系构建做出展望。
