关于全球价值链与区域产业升级的研究综述

摘要(Abstract)：
全球价值链理论已经成为跨国公司制定全球战略的重要依据 ,对发展中国家企业参与国际经济合作和区域经济发展产生了重要影响 ;同时作为一种新的理论分析工具 ,全球价值链理论可以用来分析当前的国际分工状况 ,对发展中国家企业如何有效地融入全球经济 ,不断实现产业升级具有重要的理论指导意义
